Discoveries Are Coming to Distant Shift

A new layer of exploration is Coming Soon to Distant Shift.
The planned VU5.1 update will introduce Discoveries, giving players new objects, artifacts and curiosities to uncover as they continue progressing through the expedition.
Discoveries will include a growing collection of unusual finds such as eggs, relics, components, ancient artifacts, shards and other mysterious items, each with its own distinctive appearance and identity.
Rather than every part of progression being represented purely by numbers and resources, Discoveries will add another collectible layer to the game, giving players something new to uncover and build up over time.
Each Discovery will feature its own dedicated artwork, with unique items ranging from strange technological components and crystalline fragments to forgotten relics and objects whose origins may not be immediately obvious.
The system is being designed to expand alongside Distant Shift, allowing additional Discoveries to be introduced through future updates without limiting the feature to a fixed collection.
